Celebrate the 225th anniversary of the U.S. Constitution on Sept. 17, Constitution Day, and get reacquainted with our nation’s primary governing document. The Texas A&M University Libraries will offer free copies of the constitution and mount displays from Sept. 17-23 at the Sterling C. Evans, Medical Sciences, West Campus, and the Policy Sciences and Economics Libraries. Constitution Day is officially celebrated each year on Sept.17. The Evans Library display is located on the fifth floor of the Annex.

“With the coming elections and the major issues facing voters, this is a perfect opportunity to brush up on amendments, rights, and the three branches of government,” explained Laura Sare, government information librarian. “We invite everyone to visit the Libraries online and learn more about the Constitution and related documents, such as the Articles of Confederation,” she said.
