Finding Teaching Materials in Evans Library
Use LibCat, our library catalog available on our homepage at library.tamu.edu, to find teaching materials in the library.
From the Keyword search screen, combine the subject area with the phrase “study and teaching” to locate materials. Re-sort your results by date order to list the most recent items first.
Example:
Search for: reading all of these Search in: Subject
And
Search for: study and teaching as a phrase Search in: Subject
Search for: mathematics all of these Search in: Subject
And
Search for: study and teaching as a phrase Search in: Subject
You can narrow your results by adding a third search box and limiting it by level.
Example:
Search for: mathematics all of these Search in: Subject
And
Search for: study and teaching as a phrase Search in: Subject
And
Search for: elementary all of these Search in: Subject
Use “secondary” for high school materials.
