Media and Reserves Support

  • Resolves customer complaints and problems with fines
  • Interpret fine and bill messages for patrons
  • Search Voyager records for recalls, locates, location, and charge information
  • Manage the supply budget, prepare order forms, and distribute supplies
  • Assist with audio-video streaming
  • Archive and dubbing audio and video
  • Interpret and inform users of LibCat information
  • Explain Library policies and procedures with a thorough understanding and knowledge of said policies and procedures; referring to appropriate supervisor when necessary

Multi Media Support

  • Assist patrons with audiovisual and multi media equipment
  • Archive selected films to a digital format
  • Provide audiovisual and software assistance to patrons
