Participated in supervising, mentoring, training, and development of one Lead Software Applications Developer, two Software Applications Developers and two other support staff.

Assisted the Digital Initiatives Web Services group in the design and management of the Libraries technical infrastructure in support of the TAMU Libraries various electronic initiatives. This includes the Libraries main web site.

Designed, planned, and supported activities which included consideration of security requirements. Provided technical leadership for the design, coding, testing, review and documentation of a complex University-wide program.

Coordinated the development of system and programming standards; reviewed the development of design specifications for other developers.
