FAOSTAT provides the only statistical compilation available on agricultural production and trade on both a world wide and country by country basis for all types of crops, livestock, and agricultural comodities. It contains data from 1961 to the present.
National Atlas of the United States

The National Atlas of the United States is provided by the US Department of the Interior, creating an online version of a previously printed atlas. The interactive map browser allows the user to create customized maps that can include graphic representations of agricultural statistics. It draws data from national geospatial and geostastical data sets including climate, soils, water and agricultural production.
