Get Training on Technical Reports from Librarians

Marketing and Communications | November 29, 2011

The University Libraries will offer two sessions on technical reports in engineering Wednesday, Dec. 7 at the Zachry Engineering Center, Room 342. Interested faculty, graduate students and others will learn the basics of technical reports—what they are, why use them, and how to find them.

Two brief repeated sessions with practice searching will be offered by university librarians at 11:20 a.m. and again at 12:40 p.m. Participants may bring their laptops and examples of reports, as well as questions. Library instructors encourage feedback to help in planning future sessions.

For more information, contact the following science and engineering librarians who will conduct the sessions: Jane Stephens, Laura Sare or Patricia Alford.
