Administration
The University Archives takes an active role in preserving the historical record of Texas A&M University, which includes documenting the administration. The Archives, working with Records Management, determines which administrative records document significant decisions, policies, programs, and activities and have enduring historical value. This collecting area includes records from the founding of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas in 1876 to the present.
