OpenEd at the University Libraries help faculty discover and implement OERs alongside other free and low-cost instructional materials including library-licensed content and library reserves.
Any Texas A&M student, faculty, or staff member with an active NetID can check out electronics from the Tech Bar for free! Equipment reservations are available up to seven days in advance. Walkups are also welcome. Checkout options include Chromebooks, calculators, cameras and more!

A variety of instructional services designed to help students develop their research skills. Instructional sessions can be customized to meet a range of learning objectives, from library orientations to advanced research concepts.

The Studio provides specialized services and tools for creating and editing graphics, video, audio and multimedia projects, while offering expert assistance and education programming to support the creation of media-enriched instructional projects.
Open Access Publishing + Scholarly Communications
Make your research articles freely and openly available online! The University Libraries have negotiated agreements with specific publishers that allow researchers to publish open access articles free of charge or at a discounted rate.
The University Libraries provides modern, web-based publishing tools and repository services to support the research and scholarly needs of Texas A&M faculty, graduate students and campus researchers.
Texas A&M University Press publishes thirty to fifty new titles a year, and they include both works of science and scholarship and books that educate and entertain the general reader. All books are published simultaneously in print and ebook editions and sold all over the world.
The OAKTrust digital repository at Texas A&M is a digital service that collects, preserves, and distributes the scholarly output of the University.
