Streaming Media Request

Before you submit

Please review the following requirements before submitting your request:

A Canvas course is required.
In the case of combined courses, only submit requests after your Canvas courses have been combined.
Mediasite must be enabled within your Canvas course.
When requesting multiple streams for a course, use the "Additional Comments" section to add titles.
Requests are processed in order of receipt and may take up to 7 days to complete.
