About Us

We improve health by providing the finest resources and exceptional service to the Texas A&M worldwide community.
We provide access to a wide range of biomedical resources and a suite of comprehensive services supporting TAMU Health, the College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, and the larger Texas A&M community. We are indispensable partners in furthering the research, education, and clinical goals of these communities. Through this service, we impact and improve health locally and globally.

Our Organization

The Medical Sciences Library provides services to the TAMU Health Colleges, EnMed, and the College of Veterinary Medicine. We have physical library locations at four of the TAMU Health regional campuses, including,BryanHoustonKingsville, and Round Rock. We also provide library services to the TAMU Health and Veterinary Medicine students and faculty on the McAllen Campus.

Our Vision

With a focus on student success and faculty partnership, we explore and implement solutions to provide accessible resources, services, and support at the point of need for our distributed user population. We develop talent within the Libraries to continually improve outreach and support for those we serve. We engage in study, learning, and discovery in partnership with those we serve in order to foster vital research and scholarship and empower experimentation and creation of new knowledge.
