Troubleshooting off-campus access
Off-campus access to electronic holdings is available by NetID and password to currently enrolled students and faculty and staff of Texas A&M University and its affiliated agencies [Health Sciences Center (HSC), TAES, TEEX, TTI, etc.].
Troubleshooting
Status: Verify your university affiliation status.
NetID and password: Activate your NetID or change your password online.
HSC member: May use either a NetID and Password or an HSC username and password.
Supported browsers: Use or upgrade to Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8; Firefox 2, 3; Safari 2, 3; or Opera 9
Browser settings: Enable JavaScript and allow cookies.
Accept certificates (if applicable): Internet Explorer - ignore warning and accept certificate. Firefox - add certificate as exception.
Database access/firewall testing: Ensure access to databases containing electronic resources by testing the links.
