About MSL - College Station

The Medical Sciences Library (MSL) on the Texas A&M College Station campus is the primary Medical Sciences Library and the only Texas A&M Medical Sciences Library open to the general public and non-health science center faculty, staff, students and affiliates.  It is located on west campus, adjacent to the Reynolds Medical Sciences Building. A tunnel below Raymond Stotzer Parkway connects MSL to the School of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences.

MSL | College Station started as the veterinary library for the College of Veterinary Medicine. The library's base was broadened when the new Texas A&M University College of Medicine was built. MSL received a new building and a tunnel was created under Raymond Stotzer Parkway to link the library to the College of Veterinary Medicine.

As the College of Medicine expanded to become Texas A&M Health with Colleges of Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, and a School of Public Health, the Medical Sciences Library expanded to serve those groups at locations across the state. The Medical Sciences Library currently supports faculty, staff, students, residents, interns and post docs in Bryan, College Station, Canyon (VERO), Dallas, Houston, Kingsville, and Round Rock as well as medical and pharmacy residencies outside these locations.
