Quiet study spaces are available in most libraries for faculty and students to focus on their coursework or research. Quiet spaces include individual study rooms and open study space on Quiet floors.
Alert! Talking, cell phone use, video chat (Skype, Zoom, Facetime, etc.), and use of speakers are NOT allowed in quiet spaces.
Sterling C. Evans Library
Evans library includes two quiet floors and a number of individual study rooms.
1st Floor - 3 study pods, 2 are reservable.
2nd Floor - 7 individual study rooms. First-come first-served.
3rd Floor - Quiet floor with open study space as well as 82 individual study rooms. 54 are reservable.
4th Floor - 127 individual study rooms. First-come first-served.
The Kelsey Reading Room on the 2nd floor of Cushing is available to researchers using Cushing Memorial Library & Archives collection materials and to use as a quiet study space. Includes a total of 38 seats and 2 OAL computers.
