Acclaimed Author R.B. Lemberg to Discuss work in Cushing-Hosted Virtual Event

Register at tx.ag/Lemberg29The critically lauded “Yoke of Stars” is author R.B. Lemberg’s new book in a series that takes place in a complex fantasy world. Texas A&M University Libraries’ Cushing Memorial LIbrary & Archives will host a Zoom conversation at 12:30 p.m., Monday, July 29 to talk about the book and the series.

Lemberg will discuss the work with Jeremy Brett, curator of Cushing’s Science Fiction & Fantasy Research Collection, followed by an audience Q&A session.

Registration for the online talk is free, but it closes 12 hours before the event, which is co-sponsored by several units at Texas A&M: the Department of English, the Glasscock Science Fiction Studies Working Group, the Jewish Studies Program, and the Women's and Gender Studies Program.

“Yoke of Stars” is also on sale at the Barnes & Noble Bookstore in the Memorial Student Center. The first 40 buyers of the book at the MSC will receive a bookplate signed by Lemberg.
