The TS Kennedy has a New Library

By Marketing and Communications | 07-23-2025

The reading list just got larger for Texas A&M Maritime Academy cadets aboard the TS Kennedy, a 540-foot training vessel. Texas A&M University Libraries installed a new collection on the ship consisting of materials from the Jack K. Williams Library at the Texas A&M University at Galveston.

The Friends of the Texas A&M University Libraries and Galveston County Aggie Moms  supported the project. The Friends honored their former president Peggy Nolan with the TS Kennedy contribution when they awarded her with the 2024 Friends of the Texas A&M University Libraries Presidential Award.
