Stephanie Fulton Named as a Medical Library Association Fellow

The Texas A&M University Libraries is proud to announce that Stephanie Fulton ’91 has been named as a Medical Library Association (MLA) Fellow. This honor recognizes individuals who demonstrate notable leadership and significant scholarship to health sciences libraries and further the purposes of MLA.
Fulton, the associate university librarian for health sciences and veterinary medicine, oversees library services for health sciences and veterinary medicine programs in Bryan, Canyon, College Station, Dallas, Houston, Kingsville, Round Rock and Temple.
“I am honored to be named an MLA fellow,” said Fulton. “Having graduated from Texas A&M, I am proud to be part of the University Libraries leadership team and I am committed to growing the library services for Texas A&M health sciences and veterinary medicine programs.”
Since beginning her career as a clinical librarian in 1993, Fulton has participated on over 35 committees and task forces to advance and improve the health information profession. Fulton has published, presented and facilitated nearly 50 articles, posters, lightning rounds and panels. She has served on the MLA Board of Directors.
