Use this form to appeal overdue library fines if a special circumstance prevented you from returning items by their due date or you feel the library has fined your account in error. If you have an item currently checked out and will not make the due date, please contact AskUs Services at your loaning library for assistance.

All appeals must be submitted within one year of the original fine date.
