A Canvas course is required.
In the case of combined courses, only submit requests AFTER your Canvas courses have been combined.
Mediasite must be enabled within your Canvas course.
When requesting multiple streams for a course, use "Additional Comments" section to add titles.
Requests are processed in order of receipt and may take up to 7 days to complete.
